How do I register?

Click on "Register" at the top and fill out the form there. Please make sure that you specify your correct E-Mail-Address otherwise it may not activate your account. Once you\\'ve registered, you will receive an email which will have your username, password, a link to the activation page, and your personal activation code. Enter this activation code on the activation page along with your username. Now you should be able to use your account without further restrictions

I did not receive an e-mail, now what?

Please contact our Help desk. We will then activate your account manually. Please remember, that we will use your email address that we have on file.

How do I log in?

It\\'s simple: Enter your username and password and then simply press the "Login" button.

How can I create a signature?

How it works:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Profile
  3. On the left bar click "Add Profile" (under new profile)
  4. Select "Profile for in-game Account" and enter the appropriate information.
    1. If you should receive an error message, renter the specified data and try again.
    2. If the error message persists, even though all your details are correct, please contact our support.
    3. In this case, please first make a test profile, so you can later customize.
  5. If no errors occurred, you can begin to enter mines. Click to "Add a new planet" and fill out all fields. Then you have to repeat this process until you have created all the planets and then you click on "Update mines". Now you have created your signature, and you can use this.

Can I create a test profile?

Sure! Simply select the "Test Profile" when creating a profile, and enter the desired name of your test profile. You can later edit the menu and convert your profile to a real-game profile.

Can I change the look of my signature too?

Yes. On the desired profile, click "Edit", than you can scroll down and go to the area where it says "Select colors". Here you can change font colors and background colors or upload your own background image. Please keep in mind that you can only use images that you own the necessary rights to! If you don\\'t want to upload a picture, then you can also pick one of our standard background images. Click the "select default background" and look for a picture that you want.

How do I contact support?

Click on "Support" in the navigation bar. You can also just click herehttp://support.oprojekt.net/. Enter your login name, the e-mail address with which you are registered with, and state the reason for your request. Lastly, you need to select the department. For most concerns the "User Support" department should be used.

My profile is not displayed in the high score, why?

Your profile is currently set as a test profile, so it is not displayed in the highscore list. You can change your profile by clicking on "Edit" at the bottom of the page and selecting your account to "Convert to: Profile for in-game account". Please remember that you need to specify a domain and a universe.

What time period is the production calculated at?

We provide production quantities, unless otherwise specified, always per day, as the daily production.

What does the different colors mean in the statistics?

In the statistics, the RED nickname means that the player has a public profile, which you can read by clicking on the player\'s name. Public profiles contain very detailed information, such as the collection of all their mine levels on the individual planets. A BLUE nickname indicates that the player is registered, but has a private profile. You can only view their general information, such as the total production. A BLACK nickname means that the player is not registered yet. With such players you can experience only in-game statistics.
